• What is Auction platform?

  Auctions Platform is a website and app where buyers can easily bid on properties in a transparent and straightforward manner.

• How is the auction organised?

  Our auctions are held online, which you can participate in through either our website or app.

• How can I register and participate in the auctions?

  Account can be created on our website or by downloading the Auctions Platform app. We are collecting email id, phone and password at the time of creating account. You will get a notification via email/SMS for confirmation of registration.

• Is opening an account on the Auctions platform free of cost?

  Yes

• What nationalities are eligible to participate in the auction?

  All nationalities can join the auction provided they have a valid Emirates ID.

• What should I do if I forget my password?

  Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. A temporary password will be sent to your emai and can be updated after successful login.

• What is a security deposit?

  A security deposit is a refundable amount equivalent to 20% of the property’s starting price. Bidding Limit will be increased upon approval of security deposit. To bid on properties, there should be sufficient bidding limit.

• How can I pay the security deposit?

  There are 2 ways to pay the security deposit:

  • Manager’s Cheque: Submit the cheque at the Auctions Platform office.
  • Bank Deposit: Transfer the amount and upload the deposit details via your dashboard.
• How do I place a bid on a property?

  Make sure your bidding limit is sufficient, choose the property you want to bid on and enter the desired amount.

• Can I bid more than once on a single property?

  Yes, You can bid on the same property multiple times if your bidding limit allows you.

• What does "Reopen Auction" mean?

  If a property has the highest bidder but the auction expires, it can be reopened for an additional 10 days with a higher starting bid amount.

• What happens if I become the highest bidder?

  In case you are the highest bidder when the bidding ends, you’ll be notified.
