2. Registration and Bidding
All bidders must register before participating in an auction. By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the property at the bid price if you are the winning bidder. Bids cannot be withdrawn once submitted, except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion. 3. Payment Terms

Failure to make payments on time may result in the forfeiture of the winning bid and the property being offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed for auction.

4. Auction Conduct
Auctions are conducted either online or in person, and the method will be specified for each auction. Auctions Platform acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not own or guarantee the properties being auctioned. All properties are sold "as is," with no warranties or guarantees. It is the responsibility of each bidder to conduct due diligence on the property before placing a bid. Auctions Platform reserves the right to adjust or correct any mistakes in listings or auction processes.

5. Property Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the properties in auction listings. However, Auctions Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any descriptions, photographs, or other information provided. It is the responsibility of each bidder to verify property details and conduct any necessary inspections prior to the auction.

6. Auction Results
The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be the winning bidder, subject to confirmation by the seller. Once confirmed, the winning bidder will be notified by Auctions Platform and will be required to complete the payment and transfer process within the specified timeframe.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
Auctions Platform reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any auction without notice. Once a bid is accepted and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Auctions Platform .

8. Limitation of Liability
Auctions Platform is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participating in an auction, whether caused by system errors, bidding failures, or other technical difficulties. We are not liable for any claims related to the properties sold through our platform, including but not limited to property defects, disputes, or financial losses.

9. Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the site. Auctions Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Auctions Platform website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Auctions Platform or its content providers. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
